On Thanksgiving Day, the establishment is taking reservations for its Montecito Lobster Roll Kit, which comes with four brioche rolls made with Normandy butter, two pounds of pre-cooked Maine lobster claw meat and other toppings. There's A5 Wagyu beef, Royal Belgian Osetra Caviar and white truffle aioli, plus 25 milligrams of edible gold flakes to top off the decadent meal.
