Laura-Marie Geissler's LMG GT No. 1 Project Will Fund Female Racers

Laura-Marie Geissler, a Munich-based professional racer, has launched the 'LMG GT No. 1 project' in collaboration with 'Amsterdam Berlin' and 'Unblocked.' Amsterdam Berlin is an independent German creative agency, while Unblocked is a Web3-focused Blockchain platform. With the LMG GT No. 1 project, Geissler hopes to fund a female racing team for the 2022 season exclusively through the sale of NFTs.

The NFT itself is an LMG GT No. 1 racecar with a livery that resembles the iconic 'Pink Pig' race car. This design covers the body of the car in dotted lines that separate the "body parts" of the car in the same fashion that a pig's body parts are separated by a butcher. The NFT also comes with a full, 360-degree render of the design that the owner can enjoy. Additionally, the LMG GT No. 1 project will sell 1,001 NFT helmets and 100 NFT suits to fund the racing team.
