Mochi ice cream brand, Little Moons, recently expanded its distribution of Vegan Tropical Passionfruit and Mango and Creamy Coconut Mochi Ice Cream Bites into over 500 Tesco stores. The new expansion follows the brand's recent £3.5m factory expansion in London to meet international demand for mochi.
Vivien Wong, the co-founder of Little Moons, commented on the new Tesco expansion, stating: "Our mochi ice cream bites are delicious, and we know once people try them, they absolutely fall in love with them. Sales of our products just keep skyrocketing, so we’re on a mission to make them more widely available and increase our listings and SKUs within retail."
The Little Moons mochi bites feature creamy artisan gelato ice cream that's wrapped in a layer of delicate mochi dough, a dish traditionally from Japan and beloved for its chewy texture.
