The Lilypad Table has been designed by Karim Rashid as a furniture piece that's at once elegant and industrial to strike a balance between aesthetics. The tablet features a glass base that supports a series of glass pieces on the top that call to mind the aesthetic of waterlilies for a naturalistic feel that's inherently airy. The table separates the tabletop section into three individual sections rather than having one large portion to create a visual distinction between the various components.
The Lilypad Table is designed in two heights and juxtaposes the various glass components from one another with different shading. This helps to give more character to the furniture piece and additional visual heft to work well amidst additional decor.
