Dutch designer and artist Sabine Marcelis introduces a look at her Lokum collection during Milan Design Week this year. It is made for Acerbis which is a part of the MDF Italia Group. The capsule is a range of blown glass tables that are reflective and sculptural. The tables sit low and come in two forms: rectangular or square.
The color palette is mute as well as it is made in a smokey grey or amber tone. It boasts a sleek and smooth texture as the handmade feature give the tables a subtle change and interacts with light and shadow as the natural light alters through the day. The tables in the capsule can be arranged thoughtfully throughout any space in an artful manner.
