After Lil Wayne's first public service announcement, which featured a lot of rambling and nonsensical rants, I was worried that his second one would be similar, but the Lil Wayne Public Service Announcement #2 is nothing like the first. In fact, it doesn't delve into Wayne's thoughts and opinions, but rather introduces a young new artist.
Weezy and Mack Maine introduced Young Money's latest addition, a 14-year-old named Torion Sellers. Torion can rap, sing and dance incredibly well, and has been called a "cross between Justin Bieber and Chris Brown," according to the Young Money website.
As it turns out, Torion Sellers already has a mixtape out called 'The Initiation Vol. 1' that is available for download. Check out the Lil Wayne Public Service Announcement #2 for some insight into the new artist.
