The Kraken Rum Unknown Deep Bottles Were Inspired by a Diving Expedition

The limited-edition Kraken Rum Unknown Deep bottles were inspired by a legend of a ship’s crew that are said to have discovered the mythical Kraken’s treasure on a deep-sea dive. This product represents the first in a new series of deep-sea inspired limited editions, each of which helps to support the ocean conservation charity Project Aware. With this product, Kraken is bringing awareness to the need to support marine life and keep the world's waterways clear of debris. Through Project Aware's citizen-science program, Dive Against Debris, divers are encouraged to clean up.

For the release of this new rum spirit, Kraken teamed up with free diver Beci Ryan to create the Dive Thru activation, which will involve diving to the bottom of a flooded quarry to retrieve the limited-edition rum bottles.
