The KFC Open Kitchen event gives fans of the fried chicken chain the chance to go behind the scenes and see how the cooks in the kitchen prepare the brand's classic Original Recipe chicken. At the end of March up to 300 KFC locations across the UK and Ireland will be participating in the initiative.
As well as being able to see the inner-workings of a KFC kitchen, event attendees will leave with more knowledge than before, as well as a branded KFC apron. KFC notes that "Ticketholders will be put through their paces to see if they can master the art of hand-breading, handle the heat of the frying and work at pace to build their own KFC burger." Event-goers will be able to enjoy their DIY burger creation with a piece of Original Recipe chicken, as well as fries, drink and a side.
