The Kaldi cheese has been created in partnership between Rave Coffee and Paxton & Whitfield as a coffee-matured dairy product perfect for elevating any charcuterie board this holiday season. The product features a washed rind cheese profile that pair's Rave's coffee with the nutty flavor profile of goat's cheese for the perfect update on a classic recipe. The cheese was aged at the Paxton & Whitfield maturation rooms in the Cotswolds before being brine washed and paired with a coffee coating over the course of around 10 weeks before being ready.
