Kahing Design has come up with an installation that experiments with space saving solutions. According to DesignBoom, the work is "focused on three main concepts: portable, plastic, and pipe."
Using these materials, the team have come up with a number of different designs that all demonstrate how space can be saved through various forms of construction. The installation was done in Hong Kong, a place where space can be limited at times and people are looking for ways to make the most of cramped living areas. Through various means of folding and experimenting with the pipe materials, people can have an efficient method of storing items without constantly keeping them out of site or stuffing them into an overrun closet.
