Finally a sport that combines baseball, lacrosse, roller derby, American football and motorcycle racing! Justice has released a new music video for their song 'New Lands,' and this futuristic sport begs the question: why is this not a real thing?
Directed by Spanish collective 'Canada' and with help from Red Bull, the French electro duo Justice create the video for their fourth single New Lands off their latest album Audio, Video, Disco.
The video is set in the future at a sporting event that combines almost every sport into one. A glowing orb is pitched at the batter who hits the orb to the outer roller derby track that has guys on roller skates and lacrosse sticks who have to avoid oncoming motorcycles, the orb is then thrown to the main field where American football is played while trying to get the orb to the end zone; all this is happening while mob-like business men are controlling the game from a foosball-like table.
New Lands was visually well put together and the idea behind the game seems to have been intricately planned out. Well done, Justice!
