The Jacob’s Mini Cheddars Sticks are a new snack offering from Pladis that aims to expand on the brand's savory nibbles and offer consumers two distinctly cheesy options to try out.
The snacks come in two flavor options including Grilled Cheddar & Sizzling Steak and Rich & Tangy Cheddar, which both come in 150 gram sharing packs. The products will be launching exclusively at Tesco in January at a price point of £1.99 per pack with additional launches taking place in February onwards.
Marketing Controller at Pladis UK&I Christopher Owen boasted about the new Jacob’s Mini Cheddars Sticks saying, "We’re very excited to introduce shoppers to a fresh new format for our bestselling Jacob’s Mini Cheddars brand, taking it beyond its traditional round shape for the first time in its history and building beyond its multipack heartland with larger, sharing bags. With big tangy cheese flavors and a light, nibble-friendly, new texture, we’re turning our classic snack on its head. With this new iteration we’ll be putting a big twist on our best-loved format to target even more consumption occasions and unlock sales amongst younger adults in the process."
