Ivan Simonic Introduced a Unique Technique to Mature Wine

Slovenian winemaker Ivan Simonic has come up with a unique wine maturing technique that will eliminate the traditional techniques adopted to maturing sparkling wine. Ivan discovered this breakthrough technique when he gathered six hundred wine bottles that were laid on the Adriatic seabed for six months.

According to the winemaker, a seabed is the perfect place for storing wine because of its ideal and natural temperatures. Named after the Greek God of the sea Poseidon, the sparkling wine will be available at $139.
