This ice cream taco is not only an unusual vessel for a frozen treat, it's also made out of Cocoa Pebbles instead of crisp-fried corn tortillas. Created by Nick Chipman of the food blog DudeFoods, the Cocoa Pebbles Ice Cream Taco recipe is just the latest concoction from the blogger that involves cereal. Previously, he also experimented with a Fruity Pebbles cone and Rice Krispie treats. He has also done some creative things with nontraditional taco shells.
If you are interested in making your own version of this icy dessert, you basically make a Rice Krispies square but using Cocoa Pebbles instead, and shape it into a shell-like form. Nick also suggests you could make a Bacon Weave Choco Taco, which is "sort of like a souped up dessert version of Taco Bell's Cheesy Gordita Crunch."
