Subway Canada is helping consumers stay cool this summer by introducing a new Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich.
Available for a limited time, the new Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich puts a tasty twist on one of Subway's signature items. The tasty new treat consists of two soft and chewy Chocolate Chunk cookies surrounding a layer of cool vanilla ice cream. As Samara Foisy, Director of Menu Strategy and Innovation at Subway Canada, notes in a recent press release: "The new ice cream cookie sandwiches are everything Canadians already love about our classic cookies, but with a twist to celebrate summer. They’re soft and chewy, and the cool vanilla ice cream is the perfect pair for the rich chocolate chunks"
The new Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich will officially make its debut on July 15, 2024, which is just ahead of National Ice Cream Day on July 21.
