Based on the book "Secrets of the Alchemist Dar," five different gem rings will be up for auction in mid-September. The book is a giant treasure hunt with directions and hints to find over 100 priceless (well, now priced) gems.
Five gems were purchased and crafted into rings by designer Aaron Basha for Donald Palmeiri (Gemological Appraisal Association member) for a special collection.
The hunt was canceled and the rings are geared up and ready to be sold. The rings are expected to bring in a hefty 6-figure grand total with the prized piece (.59 carat red diamond/picture 1) to go for a whopping $1 million.
