Honest Tea is now expanding into the coffee market with the introduction of Honest Cold Brew Coffee, which is prepared with USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified ingredients. These new products, unveiled at Natural Products Expo East, will be available to consumers in recyclable, ready-to-drink glass bottles containing varieties like Unsweet Black, Just a Tad Sweet Cubano and Just a Tad Sweet Mocha. In the case of the Just a Tad Sweet Cold Brew Coffee varieties, these products contain half the sugar as compared to the leading sweetened ready-to-drink coffee. The brand also sets itself apart with its commitment to ethical production, organic ingredients and low-calorie recipes.
As Honest GM Clare Verdery describes, "Because we chose to develop a lower-sugar, black cold brew variety without dairy, our proposition helps to deliver a smooth taste, which is important to our target Millennial consumer."
