Holy Grass Vodka Apple Edition is Handcrafted in Small Batches

Holy Grass Vodka Apple Edition has been announced by Dunnet Bay Distillers as its latest expression that's arriving just in time to coincide with the arrival of fall. The spirit is handcrafted in small batches and boasts the smooth, herbaceous flavor of the original vodka with the distinctly crisp tasking notes of apple in every sip. The spirit has a complex series of fresh and tart flavors that apples are known for, but also has the vanilla-like aroma of Holy Grass in the mix just like the original to work well in a variety of recipes and cocktails.

Co-Founder Martin Murray spoke on the Holy Grass Vodka Apple Edition saying, "We launched our Holy Grass Vodka in 2016 as a tribute to Robert Dick, a legendary botanist from Tullibody, who lived in Thurso in the 1800s and discovered Holy Grass. It’s a spirit that really captures and celebrates the heritage of Caithness and its local botanicals and so we’re thrilled to be extending the Holy Grass portfolio with the launch of this new apple edition. It’s a deliciously crisp and sweet spirit that offers vodka lovers a completely new and fruity taste experience."
