Let's start with the burger. The Holy Cow burger begins with a ground up oxtail, ox cheek, ox liver and ox heart burger patty. On top of the Holy Cow burger patty meat lovers will find various different types of beef toppings such as beef bacon, smoked beef ribs and picked beef tongue. In between all the gluttonous meat is several layers of cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. If this isn't enough meat for you, customers are welcomed to enjoy fries deep-fried three times in beef drippings with a Ragu beef dipping sauce. Sadly, this burger is only available once on Father's Day this year.
