Holmes Cay Rum has announced the launch of an all-new four-bottle collection of limited edition premium rums, which consists of expressions that have been aged between eight and 16 years. Each offering intends to highlight a specific cask selection; two of the new offerings are from Jamaica, while the remaining two are from Belize and Australia.
A standout offering is the 'Belize 2006 16 Year,' which is a molasses-based rum produced by Travellers Liquors Distillery in Belize. According to the brand, this offering features a sophisticated flavor profile with tasting notes consisting of vanilla, caramel, and plum.
"These four extremely limited cask selections from Belize, Jamaica, and Australia stand out in different ways, but all are examples of the value that Holmes Cay puts on selecting great aged rums distilled and bottled without additives," said Holmes Cay founder Eric Kaye.
