Based on one of my top cars of all time, the Lotus Elise, the British-made Hennessey Venom GT is truly a work of art. Now I may get chastised for saying this, but up until recently, I had never heard of the car company Hennessey. I just figured the autos were a division of the delicious cognac comapny (yes, laugh all you will car enthusiasts).
Boasting a supercharged 6.2 liter LS9 V8, the same that is found in the Corvette ZR1, the Hennessey Venom GT is an absolute monster. In case 725HP is not enough for you, you can have the option of a twin turbo upgrade which tacks on about another 400 ponies. The bad news of all this is that you or I will never have one as there are only ten being made per year.
