IHOP recently launched four new styles of Hawaiian French toast made with the iconic King's Hawaiian rolls.
In addition to being able to choose from three sweet options, the Original King's Hawaiian French Toast, Strawberry Banana and Cinnamon Toast, diners will also be able to opt for the Big Island Breakfast Stack as a savory breakfast sandwich. Some of the decadent toppings that can be found on these new menu items include everything from Swiss cheese and cream cheese icing to warm cinnamon spreads and lingonberries.
The release of the four new products is a subtle nod to IHOP's Hawaiian roots, as the first location was opened in California following a trip to Hawaii, where Al and Jerry Lapin observed pancakes being served with coconut syrup.
