It's nearly Hatch chile season and Fuzzy's Taco Shop is celebrating with a new Hatch Green Chile Taco.
For those unfamiliar, Hatch green chiles are the New Mexican peppers that are grown and harvested in the Hatch Valley region of New Mexico. Though not generally as spicy as a typical jalapeno, Hat chilies still deliver a satisfying punch of heat.
To let these chilies really shine, Fuzzy Taco Shop has created a special Hatch Green Chile Taco. This taco combines the brand's shredded spicy pork with Fuzzy’s signature garlic sauce, avocado, feta, and cilantro, all drizzled with a made-in-house Hatch green chile sauce. All the ingredients are wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla and you also have the option to swap the shredded pork for shredded chicken.
