CAVA"s new Harissa Honey Chicken is the first culinary creation born out of the chain's recently opened Dupont Innovation Kitchen in Washington D.C.. The new protein option starts with tender chicken, which is then seasoned with smoky harissa and Madhava’s Clean Label Project certified Unfiltered Organic Amber Honey. According to the brand, the addition of "Madhava’s honey adds a hint of sweetness to the smoky, buzzy heat."
