In addition to producing Maple Water, Happy Tree is launching a new product that takes advantage of two products that are currently in high demand in the beverage industry: cold brewed coffee and alternative plant-based water.
Happy Tree Maple Water Cold-Brew is made with a base of the brand's organic maple water, to which fair-trade coffee beans are added before the cold brew process begins. As a result, the beverage comes out as a coffee with a slight maple flavor. While maple water is a main ingredient, the product's packaging and categorization will reflect that it's a coffee beverage first and foremost.
Following its debut at this year's Natural Products Expo West in California, the maple water-coffee hybrid will be sold through select retailers, pop-up shops and the store-in-store Pop-In@Nordstrom at Nordstrom.
