To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Hank's Gourmet Beverages -- a Philadelphia-based, family-run craft soda brand -- has announced that it will be introducing throwback branding across its 10-flavor line. The updated label draws from the brand's origins as an influential company that greatly contributed to the craft soda boom of the 1990s.
More specifically, the new label will revisit the styles used during Hank's initial launch, when the company sold only one product, the now-iconic Hank’s Gourmet Root Beer. The body of each bottle will feature the classic oval shape set against a red and silver background with a tagline reading "Philadelphia Recipe.' Meanwhile, the bottle's neck will be printed with the words "25th Anniversary," highlighting the brand's milestone.
"We’re honored that our family company has achieved this milestone, our Silver Anniversary of good taste if you will," said Tony Salvatore, Partner and Chief Customer Officer of Hank’s Gourmet Beverages. "From a modest regional brand to one that spans coast-to-coast, from one flavor to now ten and soon more, our good fortune and growth have been most gratifying."
