Designer Antoine Peters has launched his latest accessory creation entitled the 'Hamburger Scarf'. This fast food inspired scarf accessory features a
larger-than-life hamburger print that is composed out of a variety of pixelated square and circle shapes.
The all-dressed burger is topped with lettuce, tomato and meat that is visible within its vibrantly colorful closeup. While working in collaboration with photographer Marc Deurloo, Antoine Peters presented his 'Hamburger Scarf' creation while participating in the MoBA’13 photo exhibition.
Blurring the lines between fashion and art, the accessory designer's work explores a variety of themes dealing with pop culture imagery and consumerism views. His work also aims to make a solid social commentary on our modern generation's overt obsession with the act of consumption.
