The Grow Up Farms 'Unbeleafable' Salads Come in Three Options

The Grow Up Farms 'Unbeleafable' Salads are a series of ready-to-eat leafy green produce products perfect for consumers to choose as a way to elevate their daily meals.

The products include Crisp Green Leaves, Mixed Baby Leaves and Rocket & Baby Leaves, which are all grown with no pesticides. Arriving this week at Tesco locations, the salads will be priced at £1.50 per 90-gram bag and are reported to last longer than conventional bagged salad products presently on the market. The company will also be launching its Pepperness site, which will utilize 100% renewable energy and use 94% less water than competitors.

Founder Kate Hoffman commented on the new facility for the Grow Up Farms 'Unbeleafable' Salads saying, "At GrowUp Farms, we’ve been growing unbelievably good leaves for over a decade. At Pepperness, our latest farm, we’re producing ready-to-eat salads for major UK supermarkets, demonstrating the commercial viability of vertical farming and its role in sustainable UK food production."
