CAVA Just Added Grilled Steak as a New Option for Its Bowls & Salads

This past week, the Washington D.C.-based fast-casual chain CAVA announced that it would now offer a Grilled Steak protein option.

Following in the footsteps of brands like Sweetgreen, CAVA will now give consumers the option to add Grilled Steak as a premium protein option. This gourmet topper for the brand's signature bowls and salads consists of premium steak seasoned with sun-dried tomato powder and Aleppo pepper. The steak is then grilled on-site at each location. As Ted Xenohristos, CAVA co-founder and chief concept officer, said in a recent press release, "Our Grilled Steak was two years in the making, and, like everything on our menu, is rooted in our Mediterranean heritage and made with unique flavors and the highest-quality ingredients."

The new Grilled Steak protein option is available now from all CAVA restaurants nationwide.
