Green Monday is a brand based in Hong Kong and recently, it launches its inaugural vegan ice cream series at Green Common, which is a plant-based cafe and grocery space. The frozen goods will also make their way across 7-Eleven stores, and the Go Green Gair at the SOGO Causeway Bay.
The dairy-free desserts are made with 100% plant-based coconut milk and cashew milk, which are all freshly pressed on the days that the products are produced. Currently, this series is the only vegan ice cream label within Hong Kong that is registered with the Vegan Society. There are currently two flavors available with the option of Matcha Purity made with Japanese Uji matcha powder, or Chocolate Hearty made with single-origin chocolate.
