How awesome would it be if pyramids were inverted? GMP Architects was probably asking themselves the same thing when designing the Hanoi Museum in Vietnam.
GMP Architects has designed a unique museum in the form of an inverted pyramid. This building is composed of several floors layed out with a mesh-like exterior. What I love is that the museum is right in front of a large fountain so when you look at it, the reflection reveals a right-side up pyramid which should be entertaining and trippy to some. The interior itself is just as amazing with a large open space and wide winding ramps for people to get from one floor to the next. GMP Architects also uses a white color scheme that shows off the illusion of natural lighting in the building when during night time.
