Spherical Glass Skyscrapers

The Technosphere in Dubai Offers Outdoor Patios as an Ecosystem Design

Chinese architectural firm Cybertecture has recently put together the Technosphere glass skyscraper located in Dubai that offers a spherical centre for modern and ecological design to merge. The glass building offers an innovative design shape coupled with outdoor patios and a focus on the environment.

The Technosphere's structure works in conjunction with the landscape to offer as much green space as possible alongside an unconventional and modern aesthetic. The dome is made from a metallic crosshatched skeleton that encircles an atrium at the centre and is topped with large teardrop glass panels. Amongst the glass are sporadic outdoor gardens for leisure and lounging.
