In celebration of Pride Month, Givenchy Parfums launched its first-ever NFT in support of Le MAG Jeunes association and its work for LGBTQIA+ youth. The brand worked with London-based gallerist Amar Singh and the artists of Rewind Collective to create digital works of art in limited editions.
The simply named Pride digital works of art feature the colors of the rainbow flag and the images evoke the spirit of diversity, self-affirmation and the fight for equality. The digital assets went up for sale at the end of Pride Month on the VeVe platform, and all of the proceeds went towards Le MAG Jeunes association.
Non-fungible tokens are quickly becoming valuable commodities and an accessible way for the average person to start building a lucrative digital collection that's secure and authenticated.
