Atlantic Sea Farms newly launched a pair of fresh fruit kelp smoothie cubes that are loaded with superfoods and nutritional benefits. The ready-to-blend smoothie cubes are made with seaweed grown via regenerative kelp aquaculture to support local economies and restore local ecosystems.
The pre-portioned cubes can now be enjoyed in varieties like Wild Blueberry & Ginger and Cranberry, and with these flavors, the company is the first to introduce kelp to the frozen fruit category. Kelp is the star of these nutritious cubes and this is an ingredient that's rich in omegas, antioxidants, iron, potassium and folic acid. Additionally, kelp has the highest natural concentration of calcium in any food.
While the blueberry variety specifically boasts wild blueberries, which contain 33% more anthocyanins than ordinary blueberries, the cranberry cubes include upcycled cranberry seeds.
