CEO of global communications company Edelman UK, Ruth Warder, and EMEA Brand Chair found an old warehouse that was originally built in the 1900s and immediately had the vision of the Francis House. She recognized that it was going to be the ideal place for her company to continue growing. She states, "We knew it was the perfect blank canvas to bring to life the vision we had for a post-pandemic workplace."
The team works together with Gensler to bring this vision to life, taking over a large space of 45,000 square feet with five floors and eight mezzanines to result in the latest headquarters. It is much more than a working space but is a bright hub that encourages collaboration and creativity.
