An interactive installation by designers at moriyuku ochiai architects/twoplus-a entitled ‘Forest of Business Cards’ allows visitors to completely change the sculpture’s structure. The gargantuan installation is composed of artwork from 200 artists printed on business cards along with contact information.
All of the cards are mounted on a Styrofoam wall. Visitors are able to walk up to the installation and take or move cards. As a result, the exhibit is constantly evolving as cards organically shift around the wall.
The Forest of Business Cards was inspired by the Olympic games where people of different nationalities from around the world congregate. Just like the Olympics, the installation is the result of the work of many professionals placed in one location.
