In-Store Flower Trucks

Fendi's Ginza Boutique Features a Truck Kiosk That Sells Bouquets

In collaboration with Italian luxury house Fendi, Makoto Azuma created a special flower truck that's now temporarily installed in the store's Ginza location.

As well as being covered with bright foliage, the miniature Italian truck sells two types of bouquets. Since these flower arrangements are sold within the high-end Fendi store, they do come with higher-than-usual price tags—$67 for a bottle flower and $144 for a Fendi-branded original bouquet. As well as coinciding with the arrival of spring in Japan, the eye-catching floral installation directly ties in with the inspiration for 'Flowerland,' Fendi's 2016 Spring and Summer fashion collection.

On top of adding an element of fantasy to the all-white designer store, this unconventional display perfectly takes advantage of the novelty of the shop-in-shop format.
