With over 30 years of experience in the spirits industry holding executive positions at brands like The Macallan and Stoli, Lisa Sawyer Derman founded Five Springs Infused Bourbon, a new brand that's now introducing itself to the world with three naturally infused bourbons.
The idea for this new brand came to Derman after her Millennial children became interested with bourbon yet lacked enthusiasm for traditional brands. "We wanted to create a premium bourbon that would appeal to whiskey connoisseurs but also be inviting to first-time bourbon drinkers who are bourbon curious," said Derman in a release, "Five Springs Infused Bourbon honors the old—we use premium bourbon whiskey aged in oak barrels blended and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, but also embraces the new—infusing and finishing the bourbon with complementary natural flavors."
The core lineup includes Honey Sage, Vanilla Maple and Blood Orange, each with 35% ABV.
