20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is the name of a famous novel by Jules Verne, as well as a new fine dining restaurant from entertainment company Lost Spirits. At Lost Spirits Distillery Las Vegas, located at AREA15, diners are welcomed into an immersive experience inspired by the Belle Époque novel.

There's just one seating of 12 people weekly and those guests get to enjoy a 16-course fine dining experience prepared by Chef Taylor Persh. This one-of-a-kind experience boasts a Georges Méliès-inspired dining room and exotic dishes like uni crème brûlée and nori bonbons. Outside the dining room, guests can take in the sights of shows and performances from Lost Spirits, including everything from acrobats and burlesque to jazz singers and clowns.
