Luxury Food Purveyor 'Fauchon' is Making a Foray into Hospitality

Fauchon—a luxury French food brand that specializes in everything from macarons and chocolate to tea—has now launched its own global hotel brand by the name of Fauchon Hospitality and along with it, plans to create 20 boutique hotels worldwide.

The first Fauchon Hospitality location, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris, is set to open in Paris this year as of September. This 54-room, five-star property will draw from the brand's expertise in Parisian gastronomy, offering decadent gourmet cuisine, but also luxurious and tailored experiences.
