The strategic alliance aims to drive innovation. Approximately 40,000 square feet of laboratory and office space has been leased by the beauty brand for Farmindgale's use. The additional spaces are located at Broad Hollow Bioscience Park, on the FSC campus, and will include an applied learning initiative to prepare students for potential R&D roles. . Select items of employees will relocate to the new campus facilities. In addition to its real-estate expansion, Estée Lauder intends to hire talent for more than 30 new scientific R&D roles this coming spring.
