NYC's Rose Room is Dedicated to a Beloved Coffee Cocktail

The first-ever espresso martini bar, Rose Room, recently opened its doors in New York City and it's a special destination devoted to serving variations on a classic coffee cocktail.

True to its name, Rose Room features more than 4,000 real preserved roses from Flux de Fleur, a London-based floral arrangement company specializing in Eternity Roses. The lush, fantastical space is also intimate, seating just 30 walk-ins at a time.

The menu has five featured cocktails to savor with a base of vodka, gin or rum. While The Gold Standard is prepared with Have a Nice Day Espresso, vodka and Valrhona chocolate, 2 AM in Tulum uses Copalli Cacao Organic Rum, cinnamon, vanilla and espresso.
