Just when you think there couldn't possibly be another epic proposal video to hit the web, because you thought all possibilities were exhausted, Jack Hyer posts his.
The young man traveled more than 100,000 miles in over 28 countries over a span of four years to create his proposal video. He prefaced the video with the history of his relationship with his girlfriend. He says he wrote in his travel journal after their first date that he would marry her -- "eventually."
"Eventually" finally came four years later, after he traveled everywhere from Greece to Vietnam. During his travels he filmed short clips of him lip-syncing the song ‘I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)’ by The Proclaimers. He even exceeded The Proclaimers’ proclamation to walk 500 miles for love.
Upon presenting the video to his girlfriend at her university graduation party, he stated "I’ve been on many adventures … but the best adventure I’ve ever had is loving Becca." And of course, she said yes!
