Billy Elliott, the owner of the bar, explains that some of their house-made vodkas are made specifically to be mixed into other drinks. That said, the bar created a unique lineup of mixed shots, like the Mexican Candy made with strawberry and habanero vodkas, watermelon liqueur, sour mix, and a tajin rim. The company also designed the Roasted Garlic Vodka shot, which features Elliott's On Congress's house-made roasted garlic vodka served with a juicy dill pickle.
