Flexhouse is an eco-house system designed for Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood that satisfies a need for both high-end residences and environmentally-friendly living solutions. The development by Ranquist Development Group, Interface Studio Architects and Sullivan Goulette & Wilson allows the individuality of each unit to shine, but still keeps the look of the units coherent through the use of similar materials.
The housing design features units that are covered in gray fiber cement planks in various widths, along with a distinctive two-storey stainless windows that are popped onto the sides of buildings at different heights. Inside the units, the homes are simple, modern and bright, featuring neutral finishes that are as simple and clean as the geometric designs on the outside.
