Leading create-your-own bowl concept, Genghis Grill, recently teamed up with Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods to start serving Dr. Praeger’s plant-based chick’n or sausage as a new vegan-friendly protein option.
Starting June 16, Genghis Grill began offering Dr. Praeger’s plant-based chick’n or sausage as a protein option for its build-your-own bowls. The plant-based ingredients are also highlighted in two new chef bowls that have been carefully curated. The Veggie Power Bowl features Dr. Praeger’s plant-based chick’n and a base of gluten-free cauliflower rice, paired with red and green bell peppers, snap peas, corn, squash, carrots, zucchini, and green onions – all tossed with tangy 3G sauce. On the other hand, the Plant-Powered Sausage Bowl combines your choice of steamed white rice or cauliflower rice with Dr. Praeger's plant-based sausage, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and roasted garlic with a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce.
As Gregg Majewski, Chief Executive Officer of Genghis Grill, explains, "By partnering with Dr. Praeger’s, who are well-respected in this community, we know we are delivering premium, health-focused choices that will satisfy not only our plant-based fans but also those simply looking to explore new options."
