DoorDash Partners with Aldi and Launches its First Rewards Card

DoorDash has collaborated with Chase to launch its first rewards credit card and confirmed a new partnership with Aldi. The new DoorDash Rewards Mastercard from Chase may significantly reduce grocery delivery costs for many cardholders. Customers who use the new credit card will receive rewards for eating out, ordering in, or purchasing ingredients to cook at home.

The DoorDash-Aldi cooperation now enables same-day delivery at more than 2,100 Aldi outlets throughout 38 U.S. states. More than 98 percent of DoorDash's monthly users will now have access to Aldi’s grocery products on its platform, giving them more flexibility when ordering groceries.

"By partnering with DoorDash, we can conveniently bring our award-winning, fresh and affordable groceries to even more of our customers’ doors with the click of a button," said Scott Patton, vice president of national buying at Aldi. "Whether shopping for a weekly grocery haul or in need of a few extra ingredients for tonight’s dinner, our customers now have another way to shop Aldi for all their grocery needs."
