The people at 'Oh My Disney' have created a series of gorgeous illustrations for an imagined set of Disney playing cards.
The cards feature drawings of classic Disney film characters on face cards from aces down to jacks. The hierarchy of the cards is indicative of which Disney character will be placed on them. For example, only Disney characters who are considered kings—like Ariel's father King Trident and Pumpkin King Jack Skellington—are put on king face cards. Likewise, Disney queens like Sarabi (Lion King), the Queen of Hearts, The Evil Queen (Snow White) and Queen Leah (Sleeping Beauty) are queens and Disney lieutenants like Smee (Peter Pan), Iago and Mushu are Jacks. As aces have no real hierarchy they seem to be a place to leave certain notable but uncategorizable characters like Cruella de Vil.
These Disney playing cards are sure to get you reminiscing about Disney movies at your next poker game.
