Diistil Empowers Bartenders to Create Bespoke Distillates

Inspired by disruptive companies like Deliveroo and Uber, on-demand distillation company Diistil emerged to fill an industry gap and allow bartenders to create or commission innovatively flavored spirits.

"We want to sell to everyone, but the core customer is the bartender. We want them to have the power, effectively, to have a distillery extension," Diistil founder and CEO Raj Batra told The Spirits Business, "Every business can now have a takeaway offering. Every bartender, whether they’re from a high-end venue or a pub can have their own distillery."

Diistil can take a product from conception to bottling within about four weeks, with 35 bottles as the minimum order for bespoke distillation. Alongside this service, Diistil offers a core distillate range with unique expressions like yuzu, jalapeño, beetroot, black tea, soy sauce, and seasonal chocolate orange.
