The DSM DelvoOne Cultures Come in Five Varieties

The DSM DelvoOne cultures have been developed using the brand's artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Culture Co-Creation Platform as a series of solutions for fermented milk products.

The cultures come in five varieties including DelvoOne Alpha-B and DelvoOne Gamma-B, DelvoOne Alpha and DelvoOne Gamma, and DelvoOne Zeta-C. Each of the cultures offer a different taste, texture and health benefit to enhance the capability of the product they're used in.
